Mantra: I Believe Hydrogen. I Believe in the invisible that dreams me.
Activation: Extend the arms upward and allow yourself to be enveloped by the intangible.
On the twelfth day, Hydrogen becomes a mystery.
It is the first of the elements, just a proton and an electron. So simple, so small… and yet within that simplicity lies the secret of the All.
Pisces, the sign of surrender and dreams, recognizes in this face of Hydrogen the invisible dimension of reality. Not everything can be weighed or measured: there are forces that sustain us even when we cannot describe them. Hydrogen invites us to trust, to believe in what dreams us even when we do not understand it.
The mantra becomes an act of faith:
I Believe Hydrogen.I Believe in the invisible that dreams me.
To repeat it is to accept that we are not the only ones who imagine the universe, the universe also imagines us. We are part of a greater dream, of a consciousness that embraces us.
The gesture resides in the Higher Star Chakra, beyond the head. Extending the arms toward the light and allowing ourselves to be enveloped by the intangible is to open to the divine. In doing so, we recognize that there is a subtle order guiding each step, even if the mind cannot comprehend it.
Thus, the twelfth day reminds us that to believe is also to create. That the invisible is not emptiness, but a fertile field that sustains us and dreams us, just as Hydrogen itself dreams life from its simplicity.

After the practice of day 12, this came out of my pen.
Just as church members have a confession of faith, I've thought it wise to write a death confession. This may be read aloud at my funeral.
Not that I'll die anytime soon, I don't plan on doing that for a while.
Perhaps I'll revise it sometime, that's also a possibility. But right now, it looks like this:
Death confession
Through my death, other things—plants, animals, and people—can live again.
The hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, etc. atoms I leave behind will find a new form.
Thus, my death is useful for life on earth.
And my death also has great value.
