Element: Carbon Chakra: Heart Sign: Libra Mantra: I Balance Carbon. I Balance the breath of the Earth between sky and water. Activation: Bring the palms together in front of the chest and breathe deeply.

On the seventh day, Carbon reveals itself as the great balancer of the Earth.

Through the carbon cycle, this element regulates the planet’s breath: it circulates in the atmosphere, dissolves in the oceans, is absorbed by plants, and released again into the air. It is a bridge between sky and water, between what breathes and what blooms.

Libra, sign of the scales and harmony, recognizes in Carbon the universal mediator. Without its cycle, life could not remain in balance: too much carbon suffocates, too little extinguishes the flame of life. Carbon reminds us that everything must flow in right measure to sustain the symphony of existence.

The mantra proclaims it as an act of balance: I Balance Carbon.I Balance the breath of the Earth between sky and water.

To repeat it is to recognize oneself as part of the great planetary cycle, as breath that unites all living beings.

The gesture centers on the Heart Chakra. Bringing the palms together before the chest, inhaling deeply, and feeling the pulse at the center is to remember that our heartbeat also participates in that cosmic equilibrium.

The seventh day of the Carbon cycle reminds us that breathing is a sacred act: every inhalation is part of a planetary cycle, every exhalation a bridge between the visible and the invisible.

Every deep breath reminds me to slow my mind, the next breath to slow my body, the third to begin to slow my flow and rhythm…that is where I balance gratitude…Thank You Mati
