Element: Scandium

Chakra: Ankles

Sign: Capricorn

Mantra: I Use Scandium. I Use lightness and strength to build my path.

Activation: Gently rotate the ankles, feeling strength and lightness in every movement.

On the tenth day, Scandium reveals itself as matter that allows us to move forward.

When incorporated in small amounts into aluminum, it can contribute to lightweight and strong alloys—valuable qualities for structures and components where every gram matters. Its presence teaches a powerful paradox: becoming stronger does not always mean becoming heavier. Sometimes, building better means learning to support more with less.

Capricorn, sign of structure, the mountain, and the path traveled step by step, recognizes in Scandium a new form of strength. It is not only about enduring, but about creating structures capable of sustaining themselves without becoming unnecessarily heavy. True construction finds a balance between firmness, efficiency, and movement.

Scandium teaches that using our strength means knowing how to build with it. We can carry the entire weight of the path, or we can learn to transform our structure so that we move forward with greater lightness. Strength lies not only in what we can carry, but also in what we no longer need to carry.

The mantra proclaims it as a conscious decision:

I Use Scandium.

I Use lightness and strength to build my path.

To repeat it is to recognize ourselves as architects of our own journey. It is to choose what supports us, what needs to be strengthened, and what weight we can leave behind in order to keep moving forward.

The gesture lives in the ankles, the joints that support the body while allowing it to change direction. Gently rotate them and feel strength and mobility working together. Imagine your steps becoming lighter without losing contact with the Earth.

Repeat: “I Use”.

The tenth day of Scandium reminds us that a solid path does not have to be heavy. To build is also to learn how to become lighter, and to move forward is to discover the structure that can support us without preventing us from moving.
