Element: Helium
Chakra: Earth Star
Sign: Aries
Mantra: I Am Helium. I Am the light that ignites at dawn.
Activation: Press your heels firmly into the Earth, breathe deeply, and repeat: I Am.
The first day of the Helium cycle introduces us to a solar god.Its name comes from the Greek helios, meaning sun, and it was not discovered on Earth but in the sky, when in 1868 astronomers observed an eclipse and detected an unknown line in the light of the Sun. Thus it appeared before us: as a hidden radiance revealed by looking upward.
Helium is literally the element of the Sun, the substance that makes the flame of the stars visible. If Hydrogen was the spark of origin, Helium is the light that spark ignites, the perpetual dawn that repeats itself every day since the beginning of time. It is a noble gas, pure and light, not easily contaminated. Its nature is to shine effortlessly, to be clarity without mixing, to radiate without losing its essence.
Aries, the sign of beginnings, recognizes it as a force of awakening.Helium is that instant when night gives way and the horizon begins to ignite with color. It is the divinity that reminds us that darkness is never final, that there will always be a new beginning.
The mantra proclaims it with firmness:
I Am Helium. I Am the light that ignites at dawn.
To repeat it is to embody clarity, to recognize oneself as the spark that breaks through the shadow. It is not an act of pride, but of certainty: that light does not depend on the outside, but is born within us.
The gesture is centered on the Earth Star Chakra.
Pressing the heels firmly into the ground and breathing deeply anchors the light in the body, allowing the cosmic dawn to awaken within us as well.
The first day of the Helium cycle reminds us that we are not mere witnesses of the dawn: we are part of the light that ignites it.

I am helium…the light of my essence in clarity…my spark of certainty…breathe…know. The light in me bows to the light in you.
I Am Helium. I Am the light that ignites at dawn.✨💓
Hello Helium
Thank you 🙏
To repeat it is to embody clarity, to recognize oneself as the spark that breaks through the shadow. It is not an act of pride, but of certainty: that light does not depend on the outside, but is born within us.
I love this! 👆🏻
