Activation: Gently touch the space between the eyebrows, close your eyes, and breathe.

On the ninth day, Calcium opens vision toward the cosmos. Present in the stars, when they explode as supernovae they release the calcium that will later give shape to entire worlds. Every bone in your body is hardened stardust, a memory of suns that died so that you could exist.

Calcium teaches that seeing is recognizing the origin, remembering that our most intimate structure was born in the light of the stars. To look with the third eye is to return home, to see in the small the immense imprint of the universe.

The gesture dwells in the Third Eye Chakra. Gently touch the space between your eyebrows, close your eyes, and repeat: "I See". Calcium reminds us that every gaze we cast is a reflection of the universe looking at itself.
